Maybe one idea is the old standard where there had to be two or three witnesses. That would cut down a nasty lib neighbor or coworker from doing a phony Stasi snitch on us. Once 2 or 3 report, some action is taken.
But then again, look at what happens when some conservative politician runs for office. All of a sudden 6 bimbo’s pop out of the woodwork making accusations.

Was arrested 4 years ago with another Juvie after threatening
to shoot up the school at end of senior year...WHICH he did.
Displayed many signs of mental illness...Mother states he ‘Could be a little aggressive”........

Animals killed for food are supposed to be slaughtered humanely.
Plenty of known profoundly mentally ill people are able to obtain guns.
Laws don't deter determined criminals or the government, but I repeat myself.
When I was small, I remember one of our neighbors’ kids, the oldest one, chopped the head off a dead kitten. How the kitten died I don’t remember.
And he was laughing while he did it. I remember being creeped out by it.
Every once in a while I Google his name. He’s not here, locally thank God.
There are a few with his name around the country, but I don’t know if one of them is him.

I witnessed the neighbor boy chop the head off a dead cat and laugh about it about 60 years ago.
