Two things.
First, there are no good guys with guns and a gun free zone. That’s why they call them soft targets. Second what is an 18-year-old high School dropout doing driving a $70,000 SUV and carrying around $4,000 with a guns not to mention that ammo? I.e. I agree with you. This almost certainly was orchestrated. It’s as though a sleeper was activated.
