The Dems did not get “slaughtered” in Virginia. There were too many voters in the other parts of Virginia that their cheating in NOVA couldn’t overcome, but it wasn’t a blowout, 50.6 to 48.7. Way too close for my druthers. Poll watchers were key and I plan on being one in NOVA this election.
Whenever good news appears, expect the brainwashed defeatists and paid Soros trolls to crawl out of their holes.
Pass new laws you can. President is the only one who can sign the bills.
Notice Paul Ryan has recently started speaking out publicly. I no longer believe in coincidences when observing the behavior of politicians and people allied with big government.
McCarthy was Ryan’s primary sidekick when Ryan was Speaker. Even worse than Luntz, McCarthy may lean on Ryan for advice.
I hope you’re wrong but I’m afraid you’re right. When I saw President Trump endorse McCarthy I almost lost my Rice Chex....just like when Jim Jordan said he’d vote for McCarthy I thought we’re on the cusp of an historical win and will, as usual, blow it big time because like someone on here said the RINO’s are still going to make it tough for MAGA to get done what the people want. I hope President Trump will learn a lesson and quit getting advice from the wrong people on who should be in what position in his next administration.....spit!!!!
Polls are dumb...I’ve not been polled in over 40 years.
What will tip the House to a GOP majority is these two words: the economy.
“After all, what will RINOs do if they don’t keep their promises? Expose them? How are they going to do that without implicating themselves?”
Of course I could be wrong. But, I coming from a different place than most on this issue. I actually believe there is a power sharing agreement between the two parties that has been going on for decades.
JFK lost his election, but won the Presidency. The graveyards of Chicago gave him IL and corrupt Dems in Texas (it was a blue state) gave him TX. The margin of victory. Massive cheating has existed likely before even this controversial election.
The establishment is both parties and decides who wins. I honestly believe that backroom deals on winners (not voters choice) is bargained in advance.
Of course, I could be wrong, but with decades of cheating and nothing being done by both parties I came to this conclusion.
“I hope President Trump will learn a lesson and quit getting advice from the wrong people on who should be in what position in his next administration.....spit!!!!”
All humans have weaknesses and we’ve learned Trump’s weakness is identifying, attracting, and getting the best out of great people. I’ve come to the conclusion at the age of 75, and after 4 years of experience in Washington, he just doesn’t have the people skills to assemble a great team, loyal to his program, and lead it. He shows no signs of learning and his supersize ego, and propensity to constantly publicly criticize people he appointed to positions, suggest at this advanced age he will not change.
McConnell may or may not have exercised veto power over Trump’s personnel selections as many on this forum allege. If Trump didn’t delegate selection of personnel to McConnell, then Trump owns his picks. If Trump did acquiesce to McConnell for four years on every personnel pick, then there is no reason to believe things will be different if Trump runs and wins in 2024.
“How ignorant.”
Very intelligent response.
I reviewed your comment and stand by mine.
How arrogant.
