When these things happen I can't help but speculate what if, instead of that woman in the store it were someone like, say, Evander Holyfield, Conner McGregor, Floyd Mayweather, Roman Reigns, Rhonda Rousey etc? Would that psycho, who supposedly can't be held accountable for his actions even think of messing with any of those tough guys? He certainly has the wherewithall to discern a pregnant woman of average build is a much softer target, so much for not knowing what he was doing.
Of course the go to excuse is he was motivated by the voices in his head. Isn't it peculiar that the "voices" NEVER tell these psychos to pick on someone their own size?
