Am I the only one finds it ironic that a government that only has the power to control what that mountain is called because White men in general slaughtered the Indians and took their land elects to pay homage to the Indians by dis-naming a mountain after an Indian-hunter and re-naming it after some feel-good euphemism the Whites created but the Indians never called themselves by instead of restoring that land to the control of the Indians (or at least letting them decide what it should be named)?
The whole sordid tale is thick with naked virtue-signaling and WOKE hypocricy.
In tribute to the name change the aboriginals broke out in song.
