Ummm, Dan Snyder is a scumbag. The stuff that’s come out about his team is despicable, his answers are pathetic. And this was all know long before Congress decided to look at them. Primary reason they’re looking is it’s crazy that a guy has been such a total weasel literally since day 1 and the league hasn’t done anything.

It sounds like, to me, that this is being done to force production of documents/text/emails that the “plaintiffs, (current of future)”, that they can’t get through normal discovery. Congress has proved that courts will let them subpoena almost anything under the lie that it is in furtherance of “possible” legislation.
