I don’t know how much that will matter, since state Supreme Courts can “reinterpret” any amendments that are passed, and the US Supreme Court can flat out override them.

Pennsylvania has some of the dumbest and most corrupt legislators in the U.S. today. And, yes — the Republicans control both houses of the state legislature.

The GOP in this state is being screwed under this “unlimited vote-by-mail” process that they passed into law themselves. By the time they get their brains out of their @sses, it will be too late to fix anything.

Leaving the date off a ballot would be by intent. Its only purpose is to try hiding late ballot casting.

Yes. I didn’t like Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, or Barrett from the beginning, especially Barrett with her PC designer family. I didn’t understand why PDJT nominated any of them when there were so many better options.
