This little queer just has no clue. Hiring more workers isn’t the answer. They don’t have enough PILOTS to maintain the full schedules of the past.
FAA regs will require some adjustments and more pilot training facilities need to be opened, with reasonable financial rates.
Commercial airlines can no longer rely on military trained pilots from the AF and Navy to quickly get through the airliner pilot training and fill their job openings.
