She’s right. Dred Scott, Wickard, Kelo, Raich, Roe, refusing TX on standing about 2020, etc., etc. They seemed to be doing better recently though. Odd that she’d choose now to complain, it’s been like that for a long time.

Nancy Pelosi and all the democrats are trying to frame the reversal of Harry Blackmun's unconstitutional 'Roe vs Wade' decision as an onslaught on all the females of the United States. The decision never should have been put forward back in 1973. The 10th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits it from trying to impose Federal juristiction on an issue that belongs entirely to the States. The democrats want people to believe that the Supreme Court took away a right that was due to the women of America. It was an illegal, unconstitutional manuver by Harry Blackmun who joined he Court with the idea of pushing Federal protection for abortion which was wrong from the beginning.
