I have looked at these examples. There is a big difference between securing the rights to publish a video and the news organization actually capturing the video through its own efforts. This footage bears no indicia that it was captured by the BBC, except for the basement footage. For rights acquired footage the opportunity to use the news organization as a stenographer for propaganda is obvious - which is why I have harped on the distinction between the content sourcing. As far as the basement footage, where the BBC obviously acts as a stenographer, I challenge whether this is in fact “front line” footage. So I stand at o minutes and 0 seconds for front line footage captured by the BBC because the evidence you have collected is so lacking.
For the basement footage: “Image credit Black Team, International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine. Source: Government of Ukraine.” This is the stenographer’s note - nit footage captured by the BBC and a disclaimer of the existence of journalistic standards.
