WHO CARES???? I mean us heteros made a joke of marriage a long time ago (see no fault divorce - I had one). This is a stupid issue to get upset about. Russia has the highest rate of abortion in the world with Ukraine not far behind so neither country deserves anyone’s respect as far as morality is concerned. Let’s also not forget that the “Orthodox” churches have always been tools of the state (they were not “oppressed” during Communism, just co-opted similar to China today).

When Flip Wilson did, it was funny. Still is.
“In Living Color” they dressed as gay film critics. Hilarious.
“Boossom Buddies” in the 80’s staring Tom Hanks was a huge hit.
“White Chicks” a Motion Picture did well.
“Mrs. Doubtfire” with Robin Williams. Big hit.
So if your job is comedy a man making fun of gays isn’t funny to you?

Well it would be understandable why it was a hit in Ukraine....and no neither of those comedians were of interest to me.
Not a good strategy to mock God in the middle of a war.
