Major Federal Lawsuit time.
“Get a warrant. Don’t come back without one.”
L
I think I heard it also just happened in Washington too? Anyone else hear that?
I don’t think they were cops. They sound like Nazis to me.
No tickee, no washee........................
Investigating what? Lawful behavior? If no evidence of a crime exists, what is there to investigate?
This reeks if intimidation -- a transparent attempt to dissuade law-abiding citizens from purchasing guns.
I can’t get the link to work.
The homeowner voluntarily complied.
He could have told them to come back with a warrant and leave.

Probably not. Cops can ask you pretty much anything they want. And then if you voluntarily comply, the cops are off the hook.

The standard response of the corrupt Fed agencies.
I am a collector. In the past I have bought and sold or traded a weapon with another gun aficionado with no record of such sale, all perfectly legal. If those assholes showed up at my door I could not account for all the weapons with a paper trail. Thus I would go on the list of “straw purchasers.”
If I were this gentleman I would have politely told them to “get a warrant” and then call my lawyer.
Trying to track down straw purchasers may not be intimidation, but at the very least, lack of a warrant shows lack of following a process. If they have reason to suspect, then get a warrant. Otherwise, don’t harass citizens.
“Now please leave my property. I’ll be filing a complaint with my Constitutional sheriff.”
“Come back with a warrant.”
Dummy, don't you get it? You already are!
This should scare the shit out of every American.
How brave of them to check out a suburban gun buyer.
They won’t venture into it he cities looking for stolen guns.
Might be late for dinner if they did.
This happened a year and a half ago. Not many YouTube views, very interesting.
