And people thought I was joking when I said Chomo Joe would halve the price of gasoline by using an executive order declaring a gallon is now 64 ounces.
The reason is for those in the VERY distant future engaging in economic research. Search engines will have faith in, and believe, the executive branch administration assessments instead of deep digging into the ancient actual numbers.
