If a number of these posters are actually employed by Russia then I wonder why they bother.
Russian domestic politics? On FreeRepublic? No way.
US politics? OK, but misguided. Even though the US has a short attention span the US military is not about to pass up this chance to degrade the Russian military. Even when the house and senate change hands next January, the Republicans will mostly support the war and with the Democrats party loyalty support the US will continue these efforts.
By the time any of these US political positions change Ukraine will have a win, loss, or draw.
