If anyone bothers to watch the actual report, it has zero information. Zero.
They have a couple of people who say we get the weapons to the border and then “something happens but we have no info on what actually happens”
Then another person in a car says “we don’t know, maybe 30% reaches the front lines”.
There is no info uncovering anything about diverted arms. Not a single thing.
Except the report seems to say that sometimes warlords attack convoys bringing weapons.
The report did not remotely establish that only 30% reaches the front lines.
Hanging offense.
So much is unspoken, yet obvious, from this report.
One thing that is absolutely clear - Ukraine isn’t a country in its own right. It never was. It exists only as a puppet if the West and USA neocons in DC. Before that it existed only as an agglomeration of its oligarchs and extreme political groups.
Now its people and government (to the extent it exists) only purpose at this point is as a strategic tool to make war on Russia for the West.
Yeah, who determines destination, Ukrainians so how can they measure this?
And Zelensky just asked China for financial help in rebuilding Ukraine.....
