What they are saying is they prefer to choose between Democrat and Democrat-lite.
They think Democrats are going to vote for them?
Chris Shays went on tv to endorse Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020. We don’t need “Republicans” like him.

As the stock market, gas prices continue in the right direction then yes Democrats have a better chance.
The pocket book is more important that politics. A very few follow enough to make decisions based upon policy.
