Don’t think so as it just came out, In a filing Monday morning, Reinhart, who originally approved the warrant, said he rejects “the government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire affidavit under seal,” Fox News reported.

Man, I need to go see my shrink. I seem to be remembering things that didn’t happen. LOL. I haven’t read the linked article, so my “memories” are not coming from that. My memory is that he gave them till someday next week to submit the affidavit with redactions and that if he thought there were too many redactions he would take it upon himself to do them. I know I don’t have a time machine.

I heard it this morning on Beck’s TV show as he had John Solomon on the show and he broke the story. Seems this Judge wants to unload this turd off his plate according to Soloman as Trump is about to file a lawsuit to have the Judge removed but if the Judge is forcing the hand of the DOJ Trump doesn’t need to remove him.
