This new “Trump exception” to the PRA the democrats have discovered is going to backfire on them.

Leahy is ignorant of several things.
1. Trump declassified everything that left the White House, so there is nothing he can possibly be charged with related to that. If he wanted to (which he wouldn't) Trump could have raffled them off as souvenirs at Mar-a-Lago. Case closed!
2. Above is irrelevant because Trump has absolute immunity to prosecution by nature of the Separation of Powers Act. It's a mute point.
