This Sunday I met with some Ukrainians. We had ket a refugee family in our home in March they returned home in july, they live near Kyiv.
The women came back to earn money here as there aren’t jobs there.
Anyway, they categorically stated that they have lost so much in terms of family and friends that they will not relax fighting against the invader until Putin’s army is thrown out of Ukraine completely.
They have lost too much to give up half way.
And, all of these are native Russian language speakers, two of whom have parents who moved from Vladimir Suzdal. Ukraine is now united like it never has been.
