In St. Louis, there is a part of town known as ‘The Hill’. Other places it would be called ‘Little Italy’. It’s an old neighborhood with small brick homes kept immaculately. Great delis and restaurants. Being in St. Louis it is only blocks away from chaos, yet there it is. Perhaps a greater force is protecting it.
