I watched the video - Babbitt’s husband does not even mention cremation.
Why doesn’t he just answer the question if he authorized or requested her body be cremated? It would end so much speculation on that point.

Pretty straightforward - has the husband indicated that his wife was cremated with or without his authorization? That's really the question to be answered. But for you, it's apparently more fun to speculate - so yeah, you're right - we're done on this topic.

Yes. Although federal law is supreme, its carriers can be stopped and questioned by county sheriffs to check if federal agents and courts are operating within the bounds of the Constitution.
A federal court order is not the same as the Constitution. It can be flawed, it can be wrong. A Sheriff has the power to take any outside official or federal order up before a county magistrate and challenge such officials and orders.
Politicization of DOJ/FBI compels sheriffs to step up. All that stands between one’s constitutional rights and tyranny is a county sheriff. How did this politicization come about?

Obama’s FUNDAMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE UNITED STATES was an 8-year seeding of the federal workforce with leftist ideologues.
A good Sheriff is one that demands, requires all outside authorities to check in with their office first before proceeding further.
A responsible Sheriff is one that questions all outside law officials on what they are intending to do with the Sheriff’s constituents. Sheriffs are elected.
The Mar-a-Lago Raid should never have been allowed to proceed. The Palm Beach County Sheriff should have demanded to see the federal warrant, asked questions, phoned lawyers for the Mar-a-Lago estate, waited to hear back before allowing FBI to do whatever they want.

What is happening today politically within the agency is a direct result of them not being charged with crimes before this.
