I noticed that Ye’s main gripe was against Mort Zuckerman, who is Jewish and one of the richest people in the world, for canceling his account on one of these stupid social platforms that he also owns. That’s why he was on twitter anyway. I also noticed that he was accused of having anti-Semitic tweets, plural. And the only other tweet cited was the one complaining about Mort. You can complain about Mort without being anti-Semitic. I complain about Mort, and his stupid platforms, does that make me anti-Semitic. He blows. So now I’m noting some mitigation, but his one genuinely anti-Semitic tweet puts paid to that.
The author of the JP article does not know how to spell DEFCON. No indication that the author was trying to make a pun, but Kanye's tweet may have intentionally done so with "death con."
Lots of possible reasons. Canceling because he’s a friend of Orange Man Bad doesn’t sound likely, but can’t be ruled out. Is he bouncing checks? Check kiting? Does he have outstanding judgments, or declared bankruptcy? Has he used his account to run scams?
