I don’t care who owns what, but I get much care about dictators invading their neighbors.

Saddam invaded Kuwait for reasons - none of which I care about. Putin invaded Ukraine for reasons - none of which I care about.

Ukraine is a corrupt mess. The US government is a mess. None of that matters, for the moment.

Invading sovereign countries is never acceptable.

Putin needs to lose.

Elon Musk had some suggestions for a peace deal. It does sound like a reasonable starting point for discussions - after the Russians remove Putin from power.

“Invading sovereign countries is never acceptable.”

Did you support George Bush’s invasion of Iraq? I’m sooo certain you did, you have all the McCain talking points down so well.

I am sure it was just a poor wardrobe choice that the female Ukrazi adorned herself with a symbol Himmler had commisioned for his lair. As mentioned, nearly 250,000 ukrainian deadbeats worked in some capacity in the reichkommisariat.

There were suggestions for peace deals between Iraq and Iran in their beating up of each other. None of them involved getting rid of Hussein, who launched the invasion of Iran in Sep 1980. He was actually cheered on in his initial invasion by a U.S admin still smarting from the mullah take over of Iran. P

>> “objectiveness” is tantamount to taking Russia’s side, ... Putin apologists.

Obviously refitted that statement, but that’s pretty much how the Uki procession parades its pov

And the juxtaposition decades later with Gaddafi’s cooperation concerning various proliferations, the #unt/West had him assassinated — opening the flow of unmanaged, hostile migration via North Africa to the Western Europe.

With respect, how do you explain Ukrainians fighting and killing and defeating the Russian images l invaders if they consider themselves a part of Russia?

Then you have the fact that the Soviet Union granted Ukraine its independence, which Putin acknowledged and complained about.

Guess that makes them Indian givers.

If Ukrainians and Russians liked each other sufficiently, they could have PEACEFULLY sought a merger.

Ukrainians HATE Russians.

You don’t know a damn thing about the bullcrap you’re slinging.

They are and they were separate countries. But hey why should you have to acknowledge reality.

Why do you consider it an insult to be called out as a McCain follower?

You promote McCains Ukraine-Russia foreign policy. I would think you would be proud to be identified with him since you think so highly of his policy for waging war against Russia over Ukraine. You’ve even adopted his practice of accusing people of being Russian trolls if they disagree with McCains policy. If you’re going to model your policy and your rhetoric after John McCain, you shouldn’t be ashamed of the guy! Be honest and own him!

That relationship between Russia and the Ukraine goes back to about 850 A.D., IIRC.

Ukrains was part of Russia for centuries.

Ukraine has been a free an independent country the past 30 years, so not sure what happened centuries ago has anything to do with that. The world becomes a much more dangerous and unstable world if you start green lighting imperial invasions by larger countries of smaller neighbors. Reality check-Trump first sent weapons to Ukraine, javelins which the Obama administration refused to do even after 2 years of war.
