Only the liberals can ignore courts.

Courts are for the enemies of liberals.

Yes, what good is it, if they commit the crimes anyway?

Didn't John Fetterman just say "I don't support the Supreme Court?"

You’re thinking of the OLD Republic. We’ve got new rules now.

The Supreme Court only makes decisions. The executive branch is supposed to execute the decisions. Biden certainly won’t let that happen.

And why is this the case? It is because leftist rule over most of the police forces in this country. That is why the police are the enemy.

This is actually nothing new. I believe the most famous was Andrew Jackson ignoring them.

If the government acts illegally, it'd be up to the people to enforce it, sort of like this event, upheld by the courts as legal:

https://www.abbevilleinstitute.org/the-battle-of-athens-tennessee/

In this event, yet another local democrat government tried to steal ballots in a 1946 election and recently returned WWII vets would have none of it and saved the day with a bit of armed confrontation.

Let's take a moment and find out what is actually going on here.

As far as I can determine the Supreme Court has vacated a circuit court order leaving in place a lower court order concerning the counting of ballots that are undated.

Jack Posobiec has misled his readers by conflating that order concerning the counting of ballots that are undated with the mere sending out of ballots that are "invalidated."

See the Wall Street journal opinion page cited in these articles that purports to state the content of the rulings: https://www.wsj.com/articles/a-mail-vote-time-bomb-in-pennsylvania-john-fetterman-mehmet-oz-ballots-supreme-court-election-11665868013

Even assuming that invalidated ballots are those which do not contain a date when they are sent out (not not really logical, is it?) What has that to do with counting undated ballots, presumably left undated by the voter?

The best I can understand this game of hopscotch in the courts is that there has been no order violated, no contempt of any court order, much less the Supreme Court's order.

Since it has regrettably become a required matter of self protection, I feel it necessary to state that I am equally outraged by the behavior of the officials in Pennsylvania as Jack Posobiec presumably is. I just care a little bit about the facts.

Pennsylvania has become such a loser state. It appears they’re about to elect Josh Shapiro to be governor. Shapiro not only doesn’t enforce the law but enabled much of the cheating during the 2020 elections.

This pos has his eyes on higher office. I think he should have been sent to prison.

Re: 10 - good overview.

Posobiec is a hack. He has made claims via Twitter that when proven wrong, doesn’t correct or update. He did this in late 2020? regarding claims that the USG was going to roll out a nationwide shutdown relating to COVID-19. Never walked it backed or corrected. He’s a bomb-thrower.

Ready contempt of court documents and send over a copy to entire branches of state government indicating every single one of them will be arrested.

Roberts brought this upon them when he refused to hear any cases, dismissing everything on “standing.”

It’s not obsolete. It is as corrupt and infiltrated as the rest of our institutions — political and otherwise.

Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch opposed the original request to stop this at the time of the election theft, but two of Trump’s three Justices voted with their publicly leftist peers against it.

Please leave the lawyering to professionals.

SCOTUS simply vacated the lower court decision as moot. There was no order. There was no decision on the merits.

At least you took the time to try to figure out what actually happened rather than relying on a clown with a Twatter account who constantly lies about everything for clicks.

Anyone remember his “New lockdowns are coming in August” (last year) and his “Secretary of State is resigning next Tuesday.” Posts?
