I’m thinking that since Pauli’s drunk driving escapade (with unnamed passenger doing unnamed things to Pauli while driving), Nanzi is having a wellness call made by police every night (wellness also means to make sure the drunken a-hole is home and not out embarrassing her again). So, the “wellness” call comes in at a very bad (or good) moment. We are now hearing there was a third person at the home....that’s odd.
So, I’ve decided there was a west coast Andrew Gillam underway. The police sense something is up, Pauli can’t deter them from coming by, so they show up, witness Pauli and Dave in their tighty whities, arguing, with Pauli holding the hammer. The operator heard Paul in distress and quickly called police dispatch with an emergency message ... "He states there is a male in the home and that he is going to wait for his wife.
