Twenty-one Black people have gone missing in our city in the last week, many of them kids.

White Liberals think that it would be "ray-cist" to express concern about violent crime, thus indicating that they are well aware of the fact that violent crime is committed disproportionately often by Blacks - a fact which they nonetheless would vociferously deny.
