-The control group initially doesn't know.
-The test group knows because they died from it and all has been revealed to them.
-The evaluators know because they're covering up the dead bodies or as in the case of Pfizer's COVID-1984 "study", they're injecting everyone to remove the control group. Then even the control group knows they've been given the experimental injection.
The only people who don't know are the next victims out among the public because the korporation, working with their corrupt government kounterparts, demand to seal the data for 75 years.
