After a quick review, yes claymores are still legal, as they are not considered an explosive while being carried without a detonator installed. And once placed you are not carrying them, so completely legal.
courts have already made it clear to hochul that you can’t just arbitrarily declare soemthign a ‘sensitive place’ and that guns are allowed in most places- hopefully someoen brings the NJ ‘bill’to the SC-
