WHO gives a s*it
Above all of the “evil” things they listed, they forgot to mention that Voepel was also a Vietnam Veteran who hates baby killers.
What the Jan 6th incident and this guy shooting up a gay club have to do with each other is beyond me. Just because there is a Republican somewhere in the family doesn’t mean this guy is a Republican. I think he is just a sick person who maybe got jilted by his boyfriend.
It’s being reported the shooter used an “AR-15 style” rifle.
‘Style’ is important to libs. I wonder why they didn’t report what the rifle actually was rather than its “style”.
I’m screwed if anything happens to me. My Great Grandfather was Robert Shelton.
I don’t know where he was living, but her reaction at the time of the bomb incident (where he threatened to kill her) was to declare she had a lot of money to hire a good defense attorney (for the kid).
She apparently got one, because the attorney was able to get the charges dropped and it doesn’t even seem as if they insisted that he get mental health care. She probably told them she would refuse to cooperate and they would have no case, and swore that she’d get treatment for him.
She’s the enabler of a nutty now-adult child.
I think she did say “we” about the money, in reading around, so perhaps she called someone who advised getting a lawyer and ponied up the cash?
How about not kicking the victims of marital abandonment. If dad was a high-functioning alcoholic power tripper who exposed his son to recreational drugs and cheating with other women behind mom's back, the son would be better off with a clean, sober mom.
Do we know any of that is true? Do you think this single Mom does better than the abandoned single Moms struggling in the hood? I think kids need both parents. People need to choose carefully who they procreate with.
Anyone with common sense agrees; but life isn't perfect. People can change, substance abuse is cumulative and can escalate, and some men simply can't hack it after a kid is born, or they lose a job, or their kid turns out disabled (like this one in the OP), etc. Blanket statements about single mothers who may not have become that way by choice are just an exercise in kicking the victim(s).
I don't know what the mother's situation was; but given that she is a white mormon in a conservative state, I highly doubt she just went out and got knocked up by a rando.
Believers sin too. And seeing the size of this "kid", she probably lost control of him a long time ago.
I saw pics of the "kid". He really looks like the kid that gets picked on in every school. Moms tend to overcompensate in those cases.
I assume since he threatened his mother with a bomb. His mother’s parents? How old is Aldrich?
His dad is absent, so it is sure bet he had identity issues.
Aldrich threatened to blow up his mom, so doesn’t sound like she is very “clean and sober.” She should’ve worked the steps harder.
I believe I read that he’s 22 now.
You seem determined to blame the mom. What about the dad who is not in the picture? Does he not deserve any of your disdain?
And if she wasn't and didn't, why didn't his father assume custody and help the kid when he could have? It's real easy to dump on the parent who was left behind.
I heard the reason Aldrich wasn’t charged for threatening his mother with bomb was because she wouldn’t cooperate. She is directly responsible for his Club Q murders. Was Aldrich even in therapy?
I made observations. Get over it.
Guess I was over the target.
