If it is played correctly, the AG of AZ should issue criminal complaints and THEN, it gets taken strictly out of the hands of the feds.
I suspect the list he has requested is the first of a round of inquiry to that end.
The SCOTUS WOULD NOT, take a criminal case to effect the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution.
If you remember. in BUSH V GORE all the SCOTUS did was ask the FL SC how in the hell did they come to their ruling. The ruling of the FLSC was OPPPOSED by the chief justice of that court because he said that it would get stuck down in the higher court.
Besides that..it was all about the validity of ballots, see the similarities?

Mark Brnovich has requested a report on the machine problems which occurred during the election, but I haven’t seen any reports stating he he’s refused to certify the election.
More bull s**t! These people at the county had all year long to ready for this election. They had one effing thing to do. Run a fair, legitimate, simple election. This should have been done the day of the voting!

I’ve given up hoping for honesty and justice for conservative causes. It doesn’t matter what evidence you have of injustice, there is a government entity that will deny or overrule any outcome that doesn’t comport with the sanctioned narrative.
2020 demonstrated that when no court would entertain any of Trump’s lawsuits for various bullshit reasons and everybody basically looked the other way. They wouldn’t even investigate.
