Democrat hellhole cities love these laws - it makes their crime statistics look better.
If an honest city reports 300 robberies based on more than a
$100 being taken in each case - - and a democrat hellhole reports 3 robberies (based on only counting robberies of more than a $1,000) Well, you get the picture. The hellhole looks like it has less crime.
