The shooter’s legal team claiming the shooter is nonbinary, is an attempt to take the hate crime charges off the table.

Sorry, but that doesn’t make sense to me. Are hate-crime charges more serious than the five counts of murder and a dozen or so counts of attempted murder?

Seems to me that assuming he’s found guilty, he won’t be back on the streets for the rest of his life. But since he’s claiming to be ‘non-binary’ does that mean he gets to choose what kind of prison he’s sent to?

He is going to have to provide some documentation or evidence that before he fired the first bullet that he identified as nonbinary.

It isn’t a rise in LGBTQA+ rhetoric.

It is just the “T”. And not even really anti-”T”, as a personal matter. But anti TRA movement.

Basically, the rhetoric is mostly:
- keep men out of women’s spaces
- keep men out of women’s prisons
- keep men out o women’s sports

And:
- stop sexualizing pre-pubescent children
- stop mutilating kids to “fix” what is likely a temporary mental issue

In that regard, it’s not “anti-kids-who-think-they-are-trans”, it is “anti-adults-taking advantage-of-vulnerable-children”

And a LOT of those adults are “cis-normal”. Garden-variety liberals.

Cartels shoot people but its’ the gun’s fault. Gangs like blacks, latin, asian, Italian, Jews, English and Irish shoot people and it’s the gun’s fault. Groups like the skinheads, the KKK, the American Nazi party, King Cobras, and Vice Lords are killing people but it’s the gun’s fault.

There are over 900 hate groups alone in the US not counting the 69 foreign terrorist groups in the US and all their side support groups that in some look like a lady’s auxiliary where around 20% are made up of women to support the group. But that’s the gun’s fault.

Seems the common denominator is people illegally using guns. Not guns illegally using themselves. Maybe it’s time to re-evaluate what we are saying and do a little more than just say it. But we need to concentrate on illegal guns, not those guaranteed by the Constitution. And we need to understand right from wrong and not everyone by voting capacity.

“The weekend mass shooting at the Colorado Springs gay bar has reignited the debate over whether anti-LGBTQ political rhetoric encourages such attacks ...”

______

Actually, no it doesn’t. What it does is allow the media to push a narrative that they themselves have created. There is no evidence to support the allegations that right-wing rhetoric encourages attacks on the mentally ill. In fact, there is more evidence to support the narrative that those mentally ill individuals are causing violence against other mentally ill individuals.

The DoJ is threatening anti-pedo activists now. Tucker had a segment on it. It is way out of control.

When it explodes all bets are off.

“...The attack, about midnight on Nov. 19, came on the eve of Transgender Day of Remembrance...”

Ah, Transgender Day of Remembrance Eve. Do they open their presents on the Day or the Eve of the Day?

Yup!
Maybe 97% of the people are sick of hearing the problems of the 3% of the people, who brought those problems onto themselves. A saturation point has been reached, which tends to wear out the old tolerance gene.

Their opening gambit is always slander. Nothing they say can be taken at face value.

Free speech isn’t subject to a thugs veto or a heckler’s veto.

I get your point, but I don't see how it answers mine. Basically, we could weaken and even beat our enemies simply by not enriching them.

The same goes for a certain communist country that the free traitors sent our manufacturing to.
