I heard that about Florida 20 yrs ago, yet it actually went red.
You need to take a look at a PA election return by precint map. The entire state of PA votes conservative with the exception of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg. Even then, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh has to have 110% voter turnout to keep this state blue.
New Yorkers are now picking CA over FL. Boy are they going to be in for a shock.
