Voting to keep the Republicans in power? Considering the Dem platform, by God, yes I do. Yes, a patriot votes for the candidate who will do the least damage, in ALL instances. Did I think Trump was perfect? Nope. Did I vote for him? Yep. By your standards, I suppose I should have waited for Jesus Christ himself to come down from On High and announce his candidacy, because no other perfect man has ever existed.
And just why are you so butt-hurt at Walker. Is it because he’s black? Is it because he returns Graham’s phone calls? Is it because he doesn’t have his tongue up Trump’s @ss? Is that your standard for voting?

When Hitler invaded the USSR, Winston Churchill, famed hater of Communism, said that if Hitler invaded Hell, he’d have some good things to say about Satan in the House of Commons. Not you! If you’d been PM, you wouldn’t have stooped to making common cause with Stalin, and led your people to glorious slavery under the Nazi boot. Because principals, you know.
You do that while you VOTE for whomever candidate your party has put up. And when you don’t get just what you want, you don’t take your ball and go home.

Voting for someone who votes WITH you more than AGAINST you is an option. I despise Blunt. But there’s no damned way I would want ANY Dem to represent me. Fortunately, I didn’t have to vote for him.
Grow the Hell up. Politicians are egotistical, vainglorious, and usually are tools in one way or another. I’ve had dinner with a few. And as Douglas Adams noted, anyone who actually WANTS to be President, should on no account be allowed near the Presidency. This is politics. Politics is compromise. Apparently you think the only perfect candidate out there is you. Good luck getting elected to Dictator. Meanwhile, we grown-ups who actually want to save the Republic, are going to get out and vote for the least obnoxious candidate on the ballot. And by and large, politicians are far less obnoxious when they have an R rather than a D in front of their name.
All of government is a necessary evil.

The dims already have enough votes to win. The run off election day is just window dressing. It is all baked into the cake.
