No one will pay any attention other then hard-core politics junkies like here on FR. If you think the rest of the populace is as eaten up about politics as people here on FR you need to get out more. In fact, it will just be viewed as same-old-same-old politics as usual. It will be resented for wasting time money & energy. An action with no consequences; all show, how typical of politicians! Many will hate it because it interrupts their TV shows. It’s nothing more then political virtue signaling! Meaningless revenge for impeaching Trump twice!
You want action with consequences? (I don’t know maybe you don’t!) Think the following: House applies the Holman Rule and uses the budget as a lever both simple House majorities. Both totally a House actions & actions with consequences! Senate not involved! Particularly the Holman Rule! If the House doesn’t have the stripes to do that, then why do anything consequential? I admit impeachment would be easier for the House to do since it doesn’t mean anything other the “symbolic “. Some people I guess are happy with that! Then they could prance around and claim they did something! The something - Kabuki Theater!

You could do a hell of a lot worse than that, as is being demonstrated on a daily basis by the dysfunctional, abusive racial marriage hell we’re currently living.
