The Justice for Janitors folks use to snarl up traffic all the time when I lived in LA. What pests they are.
I remember in my teen years going Greyhound and sitting in the smoking section in the back of the bus with a heavy machine operator from Texas. I smoked at the time. I’ll never forget his words for unions during our conversation: “I’d rather hold my mother down while a dog f@#$ed her than join on of them f@#$ing unions.” I gathered that he didn’t care much for his mother during the course of our conversation. So the statement is somewhat equivocal, since he left it up in the air whether that was in revenge on his mother, or to emphasize his dislike for unions, or both. You used to meet interesting people on Greyhounds in those days.
Did they used to bang on empty plastic containers in rhythm? That was a common strike tactic in NY.

Since Twitter was not their primary employer they don't owe them a thing but it also wasn't a firing for cause. All Twitter did was end a contract with the company that hired them. The contracting company has the option of moving them to other contracts but if that isn't an option then it'll let them go and they can collect unemployment.
I do too. But the depth of their tentacles(liberals) is deep. We have been conquered.

I honestly don’t know, but just on the face of it, I would think that lawsuit would get thrown out - then again, it seems to depend on the judge these days.
