As I have said, sir, even in IVM and HCQ people are free to seek that treatment. I also have a choice which is i don’t have to prescribe anything which in my experience and judgment doesn’t work. But people are free to seek other forms of treatment. Recall i spoke against boards that were going after people for prescribing…
How soon we forget.

QED.

Sea levels may be rising because we're still in the melting stage of the last Ice Age.

And in Florida, 8 inches of rise may be legitimately a big deal.

Thou hast displayed thy ignorance of the English language.

How soon we forget.

Historical revisionism.

Its too late, gassie, your name is writ in The Book of Life, on the wrong side of history. And it is eternal.

Ocean levels rise and ocean levels fall. The earth warms and the earth cools. That has been the cyclical history of the earth. Liberals ignore the earth's long history to blame it on things like fossil fuels and cow flatulence. Apparently, conservatives are willing to ignore earth's long history too in order to find a basis to trash DeSantis so as to lift Trump (personally, I would take either over Biden). But, preparing for the inevitable fluctuation in climate in a State barely above sea level is not the problem. If the CRO proposes things like changes in construction codes for coastal buildings, zoning laws shifting future infrastructure projects further inland, and hardening of existing infrastructure then that would just make sense in Florida. If the CRO proposes banning the sale of internal combustion engines and getting rid of Florida's cattle ranches, then that would be a problem and DeSantis has failed the State.

Climate change is real and has been happening for billions of years on earth. That is reality and being prepared is not the wrong thing to do. The dispute is in the underlying cause. Liberals blame humans and want to wipe out most of humanity to save the earth. A good conservative recognizes climate change is part of nature and says we must be able to constantly adapt.

Can someone please advise whether or not this is a piece from the Bab. Bee?

If it’s not, then the Gov has been ill-advised by some woke people on his staff.

Ignore my earlier comment.

I just found out the article is almost 3 1/2 years old!

Adding something like (Flashback) to the headline when posting old items would be helpful to everyone.

Avail thyself of a dictionary; peruse its pages. Therein, thou shalt find the knowledge thou currently lacketh.

Presently, thou dost only degrade thyself with thine ignorant invective.

SoConPubbie searches high and low and way back in the archives to post hit and run threads that he thinks make DeSantis look bad because doing so makes Trump look better.

Clearly, DeSantis is a threat to Trump's coronation so he needs to be brought down.

Of course, this attempt was an epic fail after it was quickly pointed out that Trump later hired the same woman to be on his team.

"I think the climate has changed somewhat over the millennia."
The climate has been getting progressive warmer since the Maunder Minimum in the 1700s (with a brief dip in the 1830s.) It correlates nicely with measured solar activity (sun spots). My grandfather was a teenager in the Civil War. In about 1920, he told my mother he thought the climate was noticeably warmer than when he was young.

the Maunder Minimum in the 1700s

Sure ... But there's a whole lot more going on than that ... The cape range was under water at some point. I'm not sure (and trying to research) how much of that is due to tectonic activity, and how much is due to sea level changes. In any case, "climate change" has been going on for billions of years, and humans burning coal and petroleum had nothing to do with it.

I think we're likely on the same page.
