That might work. IF, going with a power station be sure it’s the latest battery technology-I.E. a “ LiFeP04” . Lithium Iron Phosphate … a lot more charges, like 3,000.
Also propane!
As it happens, I have two propane grills, a specialty pizza oven thing, a large BGE, and an outdoor heater, all of which use propane except for the BGE. And a trifuel generator. And 7-8 portable propane tanks, in addition to the big buried one.
If I get snowed in, I expect to be able to do OK for a while.
Had power go out a few years ago....took 2 and half weeks to get it back on....
