Every half decent cook wants gas.

Does their “proof” of pollution come from a dedicated, talented group of “scientists” such as the CDC? The EPA? Or, perhaps CNN?

Folks, we are not safe until such individuals are afraid to leave their houses.

...called gas-stove emissions a “cumulative burden” on Black, Latino and low-income households...

Have I missed something? Who is forcing minorities to use gas stoves?

It’s utterly absurd that they’re pushing this as a favor to low-income households. The poorer you are, the more likely you’re cooking on electric already. Indeed, the overwhelming share of high-end, “gourmet” kitchens have a gas range, as real chefs and wannabe chefs cook on gas, not electric.

A ban on gas ranges will absolutely devastate certain high-end range manufacturers like Wolf, Viking, Miele, etc.

“a “cumulative burden” on Black, Latino and low-income households that disproportionately experience air pollution.”

This is so tiresome.

The lower your income, the more likely you’re cooking on electric already. The rich people all have gas ranges in their gourmet kitchens.

Imagine there’s no gas stoves
It’s easy if you try
No flame below pans
Above us cold and dry
Imagine all the people
Living with only electriceee...

Imagine there’s no gas cars
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to drive around on
And no diesel too
Imagine all the people
Living with only electriceee...

Imagine no smokestacks
I wonder if you can
Endless solar and windmills
A birdless desert caused by man
Imagine all the people
Freezing all the world...

You may say where does ‘lectric come from
If it’s not burning something from a drum
Don’t ask how we’ll make do
If we can’t burn dark tarry goo
