I’m gonna go out on a limb here and guess that this guy knows that somewhere, in some place, Proof that he knew and that’s the only reason that he would come out and admit this
I also think that a good case could be made that he engaged in treason against his commander in chief.
Wise is Military Academy graduate, military, Defense Military, CIA, CIA to Defense Military, retiree and involved in the very hush-hush and likely CIA-cover Wychwood Partners and Bode Air. He is utterly swamp, and obviously a nasty individual. He must have been aware that sooner or later Trump would discern that the Agencies play their own games and that they have generally failed the American people. A second term could have been disaster for his buddies. Trump had to go.
