I support AlGore on this two. The Germans need to PAY A PRICE for their part in getting the Ukraine War started.
Gore would know. The people that are attacking the use of tobacco didn’t make any real influence until after the family made good money in profits in the product producing, processing, and selling 20K pounds of it a year on their Tennessee ranch. Same/same.

I’ll limit myself to four things.
1. 6:43 mark “the amount remaining (Arctic summer ice) could be completely gone in as little as five years (i.e., 2013)”

Arctic summer ice has been receding for more than 200 years now; i.e., since the end of the little ice age. Sometimes slower and sometimes faster.
BIG BOTTOM LINE: there is no evidence, none at all of acceleration.
2. 8:46 mark:
Al Gore refers to the IPCC summary, that we can be more than 90 percent confident that most recent temperature rise has been due to man.
Ignores that the trend was (and remains) moderate. Nothing to be alarmed about.
3. 12:21 mark:
That by 2025, the developing countries will be where we were in 1985.
Sorry, Al. You not only don’t know science, you don’t know economics.
By 2008 (when you were speaking) the developing world ALREADY EQUALED the developing world in CO2 emissions.
Today, the developing world DOUBLES the developed world.
The “problem” of CO2 is that it doesn’t matter what we, in the advanced economies of the world, do. It’s about China, India and the other developing countries do.
4. 13:44 mark:
AL Gore says the answer is to put a price on carbon; more specifically, to tax CO2 emissions and cut other taxes so this carbon tax is revenue neutral.
This actually was the “school-solution” at the time Gore was speaking. But, cutting CO2 emissions is different from eliminating CO2 emissions entirely. A modest tax can cause SOME substitution of alternatives for fossil fuel. You would need a prohibitive tax to completely eliminate fossil fuel.
Bottom line: Gore’s talk became irrelevant with the replacement of the Kyoto Agreement by the Paris Agreement. Today, you need to talk about “carbon sequestration” (fracking using CO2 instead of water; and, growing trees) to get to net zero; NOT replacing fossil fuels by solar and wind.
If you dig a little deeper in the internet there are videos of Greta’s arrest. It’s a complete scam. She’s laughing it up with the police before this shot is taken and she walks with them to higher ground prior to this shot being taken.
Climate Change is a pagan religion. As such, shouldn’t the followers of that pagan religion be making human sacrifices to their fake gods to repair the planet. I would suggest the climate fanatics throw Al Gore and Greta “Looney” Thunberg down the shaft.
Al Bore never goes away, like Clintons.
