I thought we did lose a couple in Iraq as the jihadis came up with some new form of IED / anti-tank explosive.

Most don’t realize the kind of game changer this could be.
Most enemies that were destroyed by the M1 never saw it attacking them.
If Ukraine knows how to use them, they could easily take that company of tanks and barrel right into Moscow with them.
I think about two companies.
Probably enough for a Ukranian tank battalion structure that was influenced by Russian design structure.

Better plan is to send them a map of Afghanistan and tell them they can have everything they can retrieve. Would save us a lot of money.

I believe the FReeper “Speedy in Texas” posts a daily running total of equipment losses for both Russia and Ukraine, and based upon those numbers it sure looks like Ukrainian losses are only a fraction compared to Russian losses. It’s rather pathetic.
Guess you never heard of a Russian ballistic missile submarine, have you? They can launch from any direction and many times they lay right of the Eastern seaboard...be on target in less than 15 minutes.
Probably more broken by poor Iraqi maintenance and operators than by ISIL actions. I’d be surprised if Ukraine can’t do better on that front. Of course Russia should be surprised if her forces can’t do more intended damage than ISIL

The fact much of DC lives in mansions with second million dollar homes on the beach (and they do it on less than $200,000 a year) - is of concern and it’s telling.

IIRC RE they’re recently gifted Patriot missiles, Ukrainians trained on them in US. For some weapon systems they’ve trained within other countries in Europe. Don’t think I’ve heard of US forces doing training in Ukraine. On the other hand I have heard Iran sent trainers and/or operators with the drones they sold Russia.
Might be noisy but once they pop the tops the Eastern Seaboard and it’s in habitants will take on a Greenish glow especially Vermont.. Are you, are you ready for that great atomic power?
