Really? Did Trump attach a written contract regarding dissemination of recordings to his Pensacola complaint? I don’t think so. Was this failure to have a written rule of engagement naive of a King of media? I don’t think so. Does Trump have a history of saying and doing things with the media that seems questionable? Does Trump have a history of forum shopping? Has Trump endorsed lawsuits in his name that were frivolous? Can you say Kraken? 99% of Americans have forgotten about Woodward and his book.
I think Trump did a lot of good things. But this is a prime example of Trumps incredible lack of judgment when it comes to the media. What the Hell was he thinking when he gave these interviews and allowed them to be taped? Did he really think he could control how they were used or what was in the book? I don’t think he is naive. I think its arrogance.

No reason to believe Trump LOST to Biden in 2020, but what ever hanky panky was done then will certainly be repeated or made worse in 2024.
