Hell. I’m still pissed they took the CONELRAD indicators off my radio dials.

No person with any knowledge of weapons systems think this is an EMP delivery vehicle.

It’s inaccurate.

It’s slow.

It’s easily detected and shot down.

Yes speculation until they tell us what data was on the airship.

Maybe Milley’s good friend Xi called him back and told him not to worry that there was nothing dangerous for America on those balloons.

So Milley was cool.

It does not have to happen from the air, it can be done from a cargo van.

“...took the CONELRAD indicators off my radio dials.”

Funny how things change. The CONELRAD stations were there to give citizens advance warning of an imminent attack concerning things like this. But now by the time they opened the station and people tuned in, everything would be worthless as the air burst would shut down the radio anyway not to mention the station. So much for advanced warnings.

Well said.

Like watching for Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction while Kim in North Korea completed his final nuclear ICBM program phases. No offense to old time GOP here.

If they’re going to do it in a cargo van or box truck, to be most effective they’ll need to drive to a high point in a major population center. Even a large building with roof top parking.

5 small box trucks would send the country back in time. All coordinated and planned. Like 911 for example.

Yup. It’s a possibility. There was an emp exercise in 2019 and a PDF report is available. I haven’t made time to read it yet, but will.

Right now I believe only Russia and China have such capabilities with Taiwan and Iran working on it.

I read taking Taiwan is on their agenda for 2027 & since DJT might just manage to get back in the WH they would run into likely resistance - if the generals don’t refuse to obey orders.. But...who knows.

The only thing I know for sure is that they’re trying to turn us into Chinese like obedient workers who own nothing and are told we should be happy anyway, a massive change in who owns what in our world.

What a crock. they tracked this from before the Aleutians and could have shot it down anytime. If private citizens didnt spot it, our traitor government wouldnt have said a word. It relayed back all the info constantly to chink satellites.

“Because farm equipment is down”

There was a time when farm equipment was a simple diesel engine. Those would survive an EMP almost all the time.

Modern John Deere and Cat one’s are so computerized, they will die for good with an EMP.

I posted a few articles earlier how the govt decided to reimplement to use of balloons

A couple interesting articles about our own and Chinas

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/07/05/u-s-militarys-newest-weapon-against-china-and-russia-hot-air-00043860

https://www.military.com/history/3-spy-aircraft-were-also-weather-balloons.html

The Pentagon plans to spend $27.1 million in fiscal year 2023 on balloon-related projects to get its own recon balloons into the stratosphere. It may seem like an idea from the 1960s, but high-altitude balloons 60,000-90,000 feet above the Earth’s surface, equipped with machine learning algorithms and solar panels, are a cheap, effective way to watch hypersonic missile testing from America’s geopolitical rivals. They can also loiter for much, much longer than any drone. If any of the massive balloons get forced down, they’d just be another weather balloon, which the National Weather Service still uses.

Please do not try to shoot down an NWS weather balloon.

If they’re going to do it in a cargo van or box truck...

Too many pieces. All of which are too easy to detect and intercept. And it would not take out our ICBM systems, or submarines. Probably would not even remove the bombers.

The executors of such a plan would perish in fire soon afterwards. Some of the more fanatical Middle Eastern types might go for that. The Chinese - never would. They would need American forces completely disbanded before they would try such a thing.

They are working on that last item. It is a 100-year project. They might lose the "mandate of heaven" before they can finish the project.
