Funny why the British can handle the Prime Minister getting heckled, shouted at, etc. every Wednesday in the House of Commons, and here in the USA, so many get the vapors over a few jeers at the so-called “leader of the free world”.

The NYT whines about threats to Democracy one day, then pees its diaper when elected Representatives act like the People who elected them. James Carville castigates the Republican Party as taken over by “white trash”. Almost as if it’s all just coordinated partisan themes and tactics.
Install a worthy President and he/she will get some respect. Put up a dangerous, lying, grifting, war-mongering idiot and expect expressions of displeasure.
They did that to Trump when he had the Angel moms.
Republicans could/should have brought a giant white beach ball and batted it around the chamber during Bidens. It would not have been as egregious as Nancys actions.

Of course the NYT has no problem with the unprecedented level of lies and smears Biden spewed during his speech. I’m surprised there wasn’t a barrage of shoes thrown at the podium.

Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.
Our enemies have been playing from Alinsky's Rule Book for decades - and when the same "rule" is used against them, they don't like it one bit, not one bit.
