Ok, let’s just insist on enforcing the agreements Russia made with Ukraine in the 1990s. By those agreements, if Ukraine gives up nukes Russia will never invade, and Crimea belongs to Ukraine.

It seems that many people have difficulty comprehending the fact that Putin is a KGB gangster to whom treaties mean nothing.

You guys are funny. If Zelensky is just a hired actor he has no agency. So why blame him?

Thats my point re Biden BTW. He is a facade and decides nothing. And, moreover, it seems you agree with me on this. But invective is nevertheless directed at Biden.

You guys are amusing in your perpetual inconsistencies.

He was “installed” (elected), in 2019. I seem to recall that Trump was president at the time.

“Not our problem. The only invasion we should be concerned about is the one on the SW US border.”
Yep, we are being invaded by hordes of 3rd world rejects that will eventually end up destroying our country. Eastern Europe isn’t our problem.

You forgot the part about NATO expansion eastward. It is also our duty to live up to all that we also agree or sign on to and did not do. Right?

There is a difference to agreements and treaties. That has never been more clear to many people.

Here you go, when you hear the truth, you always attack the messenger.

No, just pointing out that your messenger is full of crap, is a convicted criminal, and has no credibility.

It seems you have difficulty comprehending the fact the unconstitutional overthrows of Democracy undermine agreements.

Ok, let’s just insist on enforcing the agreements Russia made with Ukraine in the 1990s

It is not the job of the States, united, to enforce agreements between or among foreigners.

That's why treaties require 2/3 of the States, through their delegates in the Senate, to agree to do something like that before the States and their peoples can be called on to get involved in foreign wars.

Ukraine is not the victim. You just think so. They asked for what they got. Attacking your own people on your own soil is not that of a victim. Even the weasels in DC know that is bad. They provoked it to get the response they wanted because they own Zelensky.

You forgot the part about NATO expansion eastward.

You mean that voluntary defense alliance that countries actually have to seek membership in, like Sweden and Finland?

Good, you all we we’ed up. And your response is silly. NATO has expanded eastward. That is fact.

NATO only exists because people are (rightly) afraid of Russia

if Russia wasn't such an *ongoing menace* to every country in Europe, there would be no need for NATO

Only one of Chrystia and Justin’s kids would be afraid of a country who has never attacked us on American soil.

Don’t worry, Canada has no problem with Chinese playing war games on Canadian soil.

That isn’t as scary though. LOL

Carry on war cheerleader

The only one's cheering on the war are Putin and his supporters. The Ukrainians are only defending their country. This could stop tomorrow if Putin just sent his troops home.

If China and Russia didn't exist, they would find another country to wage war against.

China, Iran, and North Korea have never “attacked you on American soil” either ... are you saying we shouldn’t be wary of them?

your argument is childish

I know 99% of you pro soviet union communists that have flooded the internet over the last year are being paid, but your not doing a very good job of convincing anyone to support Putins dream of recreating the Soviet Union.

What an amusing statement. It's obvious critical thinking is not in your wheelhouse. I've had enough of these "entangling alliances" that George Washington cautioned us to avoid.

The initial reason for NATO was to keep Germany from re-emerging as a world power, prone to wreaking havoc on Europe. That goal has been met.

The mission creep we've seen in Ukraine is hardly subtle, and inures only to the personal benefit of Zelenskyy and the Military Industrial Complex. He must have something really good on Biden for Brandon to accede to nearly every request.
