Bad idea for any sitting or future congressional candidate. Trump pulls no punches, so any past squishiest will be exposed to be used again in the future.

Not aware of any prominent Hispanic politicians in SC, but we’ve got lots of RINOs.

Yes. Apparently it is an unwritten rule in South Carolina that its US Senators can’t be married.

Probably helped by all the voters from New England who have moved there.

“I don’t think he can win. He will look old against Michelle or Newsome.”

Trump doesn’t look a day older than he did in 2015. In fact, he looks younger.

Have you taken a good look at the two freaks you mentioned? On second thought, don’t.

I wonder if Tim Scott really thinks he has a shot at being the nominee, or is just running for a place on the ticket as VP.

and yet another RINO announces: Scott will fill the black RINO primary slot vacated by Ben Carson ...

still, the more RINOs the merrier! they can divide the RINO finances and support “N” number of ways, while leaving only a single, true MAGA candidate ...

“So Haley, Scott, Hogan and Christie will all be fighting over 1% of the Republican primary voters?”

exactly, except they’ll probably be at least another half-dozen eventually added to the pot fighting over that 1% ...

btw, i wonder how many voters sitting around pondering who should be President suddenly thought to themselves, “Hey, I know! Tim Scott would make a FANTASTIC President!”

Oh I agree. I was referring to the primaries. The whole thing is just a complete lost cause at this point. I am nearly convinced there will never be another Republican president no matter who it is.

It angers a lot of people here because I am complete ice water to the whole political flame at this point but I am a realist and that is the way I see it.

Demographics is destiny no matter how much civnatcucks scream that it is not. We have largely already lost that and with declining births, out of control borders, and to top it off the State Department flying plane loads of third worlders in from all over the planet this country is finished.

"adding to the stable of Republicans looking to wrest the party mantle from check the "former presidential candidate" box to get paid more for interviews trashing former President Donald Trump"

None of these douchebags want to save America. They just want more money.

Yes, probably several more nonentities will suddenly throw their hats into the ring for 2024, like the Republican primaries in 2016 and the Democratic race in 2020 (until the DNC forced everyone else to bow out in favor of Biden, who placed fourth or fifth in the early primaries). Most of the other Democratic contenders in 2019-2020 have returned to their well-deserved obscurity, except for one idiot who is now Vice President of the United States and another one who pretends to be Secretary of Transportation.

Ted Turner’s son Teddy, who is and always was a stanch conservative, is running against him in the primaries. Teddy has a lot of his fathers courage, without the lib/socialist baggage. I’d be looking at him pretty hard.
