That had nothing to do with it. McCain, Nicolle Wallace, et al., sabotaged her. Her political career was harmed by the ol’ green-eyed monster. The jealousy oozed from the people who were supposed to be on her side.
McCain knew voters hated him, but were drawn to her, and he couldn’t handle it.
For Wallace ... it’s a simple girl thing. Sarah was/is prettier and smarter.
Wouldn’t it be great if any of that could happen. However, due to Trump’s control freak personality, he’s already burned most if not all of those bridges, to the point none of them would will want to ever be put under Trump’s thumb to that degree. Sure, Trump has politicians who say they “support” him, but to the point of wanting to tie their political future to him permanently? Especially those who have a strong standing and future in the party? Basically no one will be willing to do that, I don’t think. He’ll probably have to settle for the likes of Kari Lake for VP, which his supporters swoon over despite her liberal bsckground.
While I agree there is huge amount of evidence that cheating took place in the 2020 election, I don’t agree thst automatically means Trump deserves a second term.
First, he was President when the cheating all took place.
Second, he’s done nothing personally to try to identify amd prosecute those responsible.
Third, he’s done nothing to try to stop the cheating from happening again.
