Eventually, Russia will remove Putin one way or another.
Just as Germany removed the Kaiser.
Hopefully these will contribute answers to your questions:
Putin took Crimea in February 2014. Russian soldiers, without wearing identifying insignias, took control of strategic positions and infrastructure within the Ukrainian territory of Crimea.
The Urals Mountains are considered the boundary between Europe & Siberia.

I can only bow to your superior intellect demonstrated by simplistic name-calling.

“Just as Germany removed the Kaiser.”
Hopefully.
Kaiser Wilhelm II was forced to abdicate his throne and flee Germany because he lost the support of the military. With a revolution beginning at home, he was forced to abdicate his throne and escape from Germany on November 9, 1918.
But, of concern, who will replace the Russian power vacuum?
Same, regarding your previous comments and level of abstract thinking.
The only good Russia is a weak Russia. The only country I would like to see become China’s female dog.
Don’t forget the Central Asian republics, the “stans” that were part of the U.S.S.R. and the Tsarist Empire, but became independent in 1991. Much of that territory was ruled by China during early modern times. If Russia collapses, China may look to “federate” them.
Aye, there's the rub!
She was probably at least partial Buryat or other Siberian ethnicity.
This right here. ☝️
Mediazona and BBC News Russian, together with a group of volunteers, have confirmed the deaths of 14,093 Russian servicemen killed in the Ukraine war before February 12. They arrived at this total using only public records and other open sources.
###
Compare that to more than 150,000 dead on the Ukrainian side.
I appreciate your concurrence on that fact.
Some of us seem stuck doing old under-desk drills. 🙃
You hit on something there.
President Putin has expressed great pride in Russia, her broadly Orthodox roots and grander days, while lamenting the poverty of a harsh and unforgiving land mass.
It’s only offline that anything of the Russian point of view is heard. The West has whacked and suppressed all POV but their own.
American ignorance of Eurasia while rampant is not stupidity. It’s DEPRIVATION.
The Kaiser must have lost some support in the 1880’s. My grandfather, a marine engineer in the Kaiser’s navy decided at that time to come to the United States. His decision was based on the fact he did not like the direction the Kaiser was taking. He and my grandmother arrived here in the late 80s or early 90s. He served as a chief engineer of major transatlantic ocean liners. In WW1, he was employed to help with the conversion of a major ocean liner into a troop carrier for the war. So he backed up his emmigration with concrete pro US action.
