According to the loudest voices in once-conservative media, it's all one vast conspiracy, you know--everything. They say that drug abuse is good, "the vax" killed everyone, the Russian/Chinese/Iranian/North Korean tyrants are the good guys, and on and on... Then they deny everything that they said and say it again and again.

No one likes being lied to and insulted. It's not a good campaign strategy.
